Welcome to the Zero to Unstoppable program!

Before we dive into the program, I want to explain again how this program will work as a quick reminder. 

The entire program will consist of 6 “foundational” modules, and each module will contain 2 parts. You’ll receive one email per 2 weeks, over the course of 12 weeks, and a reminder to send us your questions. This will give you 2 weeks time for each module, to take in the information and put it into action for yourself. 

Each email from the program will have the [Z2U] tag in the subject line. This is for easy reference for you. I’ll also be making ALL email lessons available to you online as webpages as well. 

Here are the 6 core modules we’ll be covering in the program:

In the first lesson from Module 1, you’re going to discover how to make the most of your time. Or as I like to call it, “Investing in the principles of Kaizen”. Kaizen is the Sino-Japanese word for “continuous improvement” or “change for the better”.

And that’s exactly what I’ll be helping you achieve throughout the Zero to Unstoppable program. 

The reason you’re here reading this right now is because you’re probably unhappy with your own state of health. 

Or maybe you’ve suffered with chronic ailments, been through all kinds of medical tests and procedures – and you still don’t feel good or lack energy.

Before we take a deep dive into all the “how to” information including various techniques or methods that will help you recapture better health and greater energy levels, it’s critical that we first cover something that will set the stage for your healing. 

And that’s establishing CONSISTENT HEALTHY HABITS + ROUTINES. 

Ok, let’s bust a very common myth before I dive into this…

First, you can’t wait until you finally feel motivated to take control of your health. You also can’t wait on inspiration or even willpower either. All you really need is discipline and consistency. 

And here’s the good news: You don’t need to take big steps. All you need to do is take tiny steps forward, every single day, that consist of healthy habits and routines that will eventually get you where you want to be. 

That’s it. 

It was once said that “Consistency moves mountains”

 Every great accomplishment in life, whether it be someone who’s won a gold medal, someone who’s dropped 100 pounds of pesky body fat, or someone who’s achieved financial freedom all have followed the same so-called “blueprint” to success. 

They started taking consistent (and small) steps forward every day and created new habits and productive routines that moved them one step closer to their goal. 

You see, your brain loves routine. But as time passes, it can quickly settle into routines that may not be healthy or productive for your health or energy. 

In order to unleash your health potential and unlock your greatest energy from within (and make changes “stick”), the goal is to harness your brain’s curiosity, while at the same time, introduce new patterns of positive behavior. 

 

EXPLORATION + REPETITION + PATTERNS = CONNECTIVITY!

 

Hebb’s rule states that “Neurons that fire together, wire together”. This means our brains are neuroplastic – which means that can change. Our own habits, routines, thoughts and the TINIEST of actions can help “wire” our brains. 

This is great news for you! 

This means that no matter if you suffer with low energy, or have chronic health issues or pain, that you have the power within you to transform your health with TINY and CONSISTENT positive habits. 

Now that you understand that a positive change in your own health and energy doesn’t have to be overly complicated, I hope you’ll begin to have more hope and optimism. 

I want you to think of tiny and consistent habits as small stones…

Every day you add another small stone to a bucket. As this bucket begins to fill over time, it’ll get heavier and finally tip over. This “tipping point” is when your body and health will begin to shift in a very positive way. 

I have a personal mantra that I created one day while I was out for a run. It goes: “I am brave. I feel strong. I can do this. I’m a machine.”. 

Every time my mind wanders while I’m exercising, I now recall this mantra and I instantly feel better, more motivated, and confident and more energized.

Before we close out this foundational lesson for the Zero to Unstoppable program, I’d like you to start to become more open to the idea of how tiny, daily routines and habits might have an impact on your energy and health. 

You don’t have to figure out what those habits will need to be (that’s coming in future lessons). All you need to do is know that if you want greater health and energy, that it’s all possible. And the best part of all, you can be in full control.
